You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl477 login credentials. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's verified payment method. A completed KYC process is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawals. jl477 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the platform, however processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where withdrawal requests are subject to AMLA review. jl477 reserves the right to apply a mandatory waiting period to first withdrawals to ensure compliance verification is complete.
All transactions on jl477 are denominated in Philippine Peso. Players are responsible for any applicable Philippine taxes on gaming winnings under the National Internal Revenue Code and such other tax legislation as may apply to their individual circumstances.

Upon termination for cause, jl477 may withhold all or part of a Player's balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to Player breach, jl477 will return verified balances to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on the jl477 platform are the property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants Players any right, title, or interest in any jl477 intellectual property. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jl477 content without prior express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl477 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the jl477 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through jl477's internal dispute resolution process.
jl477 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jl477 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the amendment. The current version of the Terms & Conditions, bearing the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, constitutes the binding agreement between jl477 and each Player.
